I ABSOLUTELY love receiving my. Box every month. Im always eager to see what great delicious candy im getting. Im upset now though i received a letter letting me know that my subscription was being canceled and that i would receive my last box. There was no explanation as to why and i never cancelled it.

I’m very upset I got my candy club box with 2 the same thing in it I never got my blue berry belts I don’t spend money every month for mess up like this

I have not received a box in over a year. I called 6 months ago to cancel and still have been receiving a 26.95 charge each month. This is a scam at worst, negligence at best. If something is not done about this I will start to institute legal proceedings. I am a lawyer and this would be easy for me to do.

I have enjoyed my time with Candy Club! There was always enough candy for my whole family to try each kind! I loved it! When I had to cancel due to budgeting reasons, Vivi was very nice and helpful!

Id like to recognize my customer service rep Jack! He was great! Very polite, very knowledgeable, quick and easy! He even shared with me some current promotions, normally I wouldn't listen but he provided me with information not on the website. I really appreciated this. I am generally a person who likes to handle everything online and avoid talking to reps but it was a pleasure.Will deffinitely be a repeat customer because the awesome awesome customer service he provided. I was tottally disappointed when I opened my first order..I wanted to send it back...but when I called Candy Club they happily accomodated me with a complimentary box of candies I picked....I am tottally satisfied with this company and the way they handle themselves and their customers....Candy Club is also safe to do business with your information only goes as far as here......ENJOY
