Their customer service response time was immaculate and their professionalism and understanding was above and beyond.

My package said delivered but I never got it. These people sent out another one the following day after I let them know what happened. They are fabulous

Great service and product

First, I received my order within a few days of placing it...I was amazed at how fast I received it. The packaging was great, and I loved the candles. However, I chose the Mystery Scent, which was very nice, but I wished I had chosen my own scents. I sent an email asking if I could exchange the candles for different scents, and I got a reply extremely quickly, saying that was not a problem at all. The email even included a return shipping label. So I returned the first order and placed my new order. I was so impressed with the quality of the candles and the customer service, that I ordered 6 candles in my second order, instead of 3 in my first order. Do not hesitate to buy from this company! You will not be disappointed! And just for the record, I NEVER write reviews, but this company definitely deserves one!
