If you did order from us: The candle size is listed very clearly on the product page. In fact, it’s shown multiple times — in the description, in the specs, and even on a product image with exact measurements. We went out of our way to make sure no one has to guess. If reading isn’t part of the pre-purchase routine, surprises can happen. That said, we also offer a 30-day free return, which would have solved this situation instantly. That information is listed too. Our candles aren’t secretly shrinking in transit, and we don’t sell optical illusions. They are exactly the size we say they are — before checkout, not after disappointment. Embarrassing gift situations are unfortunate — but they’re not caused by hidden information on our website.
