The candles came quickly in good packaging. As soon as I opened them up, I could smell them!

The customization, the gorgeous scents, and off-the-wall standard labels are So much fun and inspiring. I have had Immediate responses to my direct questions, and they have been working with me to achieve the exact look/text I want - and This is just for one candle. Customer service was great and quick about a replacement order!

It was super easy to shop/ find something fun for Mother’s Day! My order arrived to my mom by the estimated delivery time, and she keeps RAVING about how good they smell! I was nervous not having smelled any of the scents myself, but she couldn’t be happier. She says they’re strong without even being lit, so she’s excited for the first time lighting them :)

Da DHL meine Bestellung verloren hat kann ich zum Produkt zwar noch nichts sagen, zum Kundenservice jedoch dafür umso mehr. Einen Monat lang habe ich mich mit DHL rumgeschlagen, Emails versandt, Formulare ausgefüllt und in der Hotline gehangen und weder Paket noch Erstattung erhalten. 20 Minuten hat es gebraucht bis Meine E-Mail um kurz vor 20 Uhr noch vom Candle Guy Kundenservice beantwortet und mir eine neue Kerze zugeschickt wurde, nullierte Rechnung inklusive. Das ist Kundenservice, vielen Dank. 🙌🏽
