My only complaint would be that they run out of/discontinue my typical products a lot so I often have to change up my products when I really don’t want to. I will continue to be a loyal customer though because they are dependable with orders and are always offering extra discounts and coupon codes to help keep the products affordable.

I’ve ordered several times from here and have never had a problem! Prices are always reasonable compared to other pet stores. As I am in the US shipping does take a little longer than I’d like however, this is the price to pay from ordering from outside the US. I’ll wait an extra week for my products than to pay $25 or more at other store. As long as you order in advance of needing the product you’ll be fine! I’ll continue to buy my dogs flea, tick, and heartworm chews here!
