CanadapetcareReviews of canadapetcare.com

I recently bought some products for my kitty from this site. FYI, it was my first purchase. To be honest, I haven’t used most of them still, however, the two of them that I used were pretty good. The first one, Malaseb shampoo was really gentle on my dog’s skin. I can see a remarkable difference in his coat now. It has gotten smoother. And the other one that I opened a week back was Scalibor collar. I was quite skeptical about the material of the product before opening the packaging because my dog’s skin is quite sensitive so I wanted something that would be gentle on his neck. Well, the collar did rose up to my expectation and haven’t caused any rashes or irritation yet. I think the site is genuine because both the products turned out to be very effective and hopefully the others in stock would also be of same quality.

They have Name brand items at cheap prices, but what they never tell anyone is they ship from SINGAPORE. That's still true. I always have to calm my bank when I order. However, I have now been ordering for a year or more, and the REVOLUTION that I use for my cat, is working just fine. No fleas or ticks on her, ever. I do pay the extra $4.99 for shipping and it gets here within a few days, so I do suggest that.

I have been a customer of Canada Pet Care for many years and never required customer support services, however my most recent order that required a change in my Revolution because my latest dog has grown in size and needed the next larger dosage resulted in the incorrect item being sent. Cat Revolution was sent in error, which they claim was my error in ordering, and I suggest it wasn't since I've never owned a cat and wouldn't order that, but again they claim I should have noted that and picked it up on the confirmation. I did not check out the confirmation, which may be my fault, but I propose that good customer service for a long standing customer of many years would be an offer of return postage with a smiling countenance and when the return has arrived, the shipment of the correct item, with the proper charge for the correct item. They flat out refuse. I pointed out the cost of losing a valuable customer of many years, as well as the rest of the family who has purchased from the them over a period of many years based on my recommendation, and that did not phase them one bit. They actually suggested that I use the cat formula, and use 1 1/2 times the dosage since it would the dog equivalent! How can you possibly know the 1/2 dosage of a liquid ampule with so little liquid in it? My dog would be short-changed or over medicated! Not a very ethical suggestion as far as I'm concerned. I guess I probably would have found this out had I needed customer service sooner, but, as the saying goes, it is what it is, and I hope others can profit by my poor experience with this company's poor excuse for so-called customer service!

I live in the Mid Atlantic region of the US and recently ordered Heartguard and Simparica. Heartguard was not a problem. However when I reviewed the ingredients on the Simparica that I received and compared it to what I had purchased in the US I discovered that the one from Canada Pet Care did not provide protection for the American Dog Tick. This particular tick can not only be a problem for dogs but is responsible for transmitting Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever to humans. I emailed and at first received an obvious canned response that referred to “packaging” differences. Then I called and was advised that the product was manufactured in Germany and shipped to CPC. It became obvious to me that the Euro manufacturer was not mfg to specific US problems (and why would they). I was ultimately sent a link to the Simparica site, a site for all countries. The US version clearly mentioned the American Dog Tick. When I clicked on the German site it was, obviously, in German with no translation capability. The person at CPC with whom I spoke really couldn’t answer the question. They did however honor their return policy. FYI, even though the American Dog Tick is most prevalent in the western US there have been plenty of instances east of the Rockies. Just not worth the risk.

I have bought flea treatments from this company, and it was great! Much lower prices and free shipping too. The product worked like I expected it too and it also gives discounts to repeat customers. Very Satisfied with this company

I have not had any issues with this site thus far. I order Bravecto for my pup and have nothing but praise for their product effectiveness and the timely shipping. I hate to see negative reviews. I'm sure if all their happy customers posted their experience with this company they would overwhelm the negative.

These people are hopeless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had made a mistake on my address and called them immediately to correct it. I was told that they did not have the capability to either correct my address or to cancel my order. Now I'm told that they shipped my order out the DAY AFTER IT WAS RECEIVED. Furthermore, they had no tracking number. How can an organization be on the web and not have the capability to correct such a common error. I have learned my lesson. I thought I was saving a dollar or two. Now it seems I've lost the entire amount of my order.

I have bought revolution for my cats from couple of online sellers but I have stuck with canadapetcare for some time now as their prices are consistent and they ship orders for free. They also offer considerable discount for repeat customers and have interesting deals from time to time making the overall price much cheaper. Will continue buy from them and have recommended this site to friends and family.
