Will be using them again. I was hesitate on using this due to the mixed reviews however my experience was great, I received in a timely matter and the product is the same as you would get from the vet.

products are not "available" as stated on the website. Ordered $800 worth of meds. Received a confirmation of order and then the next day I received another confirmation, but when I looked closer it stated I needed to contact customer service before it shipped. They notified me the meds would be coming from the UK and take 14days. If website stated that basic products are coming from UK and not Canada, my guess is people would not buy them. I canceled my order and now have to wait 5 days to see if they refund the money to my card. Not dishonest but not a good business practice.

Great response from customer service; request notification when shipment is going to be late, so I don't have to ask. Thank you!

website easy to navigate. prices lower than in the states. didnt need vet approval. purchased revolution for dogs. love the product.
