I am extremely disappointed with Canadapetcare. I recently ordered 12 months of Heartgard plus for my small rescue dog. I paid extra for tracking as I live in Florida. I did receive my order two weeks after ordering but I received two boxes of 6 doses - one new updated box and one old box with a printed label telling me to use immediately as it will be expiring soon!! I still have heartgard on hand for six months so by the time I need to use their box of old meds, it would have expired! I contacted Canadapetcare and they stated they would accept my return BUT I had to pay for shipping... to Canada! They refused any credit or due free exchange for a second box not expiring soon! Needless to say, I am very disappointed that this company dumped their old expiring meds on me and then wanted me to pay to return them! I thought this was a reputable company... obviously I was wrong. They simply should have sent me a return envelope and sent me a new, current box after their appropriately paying for the return. As I emailed them, I paid for current meds, received ones expiring and would not be spending more money to send it back so they could dump it on another customer. I will donate the box to a local rescue to immediately use and buy future meds from another company. UPDATE: After originally leaving ONE star and the above negative feedback, Canadapetcare responded positively, finally, and credited my account for the expiring meds they sent me. It took my leaving a negative social post for the company to take accountability but they finally did. Thank you Canadapetcare.

My dog hasn't scratched since I bought the flee pills 3 years ago and have it set up for every 3 months. Yes the product takes awhile to get here, but they give the best deals so it's worth the wait.

I have ordered Simparica Trio a couple of times now for my 2 dogs. One is 120 pounds the other is 55 pounds so they are not cheap however, the cost is so much less with Canadapetcare compared to anywhere online or at the vet's office I can live with it taking a few extra days to get here! FYI search for coupons they make a big difference in final cost. As for customer service I had a great experience with them when I accidentally placed 2 identical orders they quickly canceled one for me.
