Just ordered for a 4th time over the last few years. Never had any issues receiving Heartgard plus. Used to ship from France. This last order is shipping out of Singapore. I prefer to stay out of the vets office due some of them being vax zealots. Don’t believe the flaccid low T reviews.

Very disappointed I normally order from these guys and the product is normally pretty good it works but I bought bravecto that was two and a half months out of dated but I just used on my dogs didn't see it until my son showed me but it was too late I'm hoping it still works and then I did not receive my dewormer that said it was in the same package when I ordered it to bull crap $156 and didn't receive everything and everything was out of date my bravecto beware

They are selling counterfeit…
They are selling counterfeit products!!! Do not trust this website!!! It looks legit but you don't know what you are buying and if you look closely you can see it's fake.

Never had a problem
I have been ordering from them for 10 yrs. now and have never experienced a problem or thought any of their products were fake. I order the revolution flea drops and my dogs and cats have no fleas and have never gotten sick.

These people are NOT IN CANADA...THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE UK AND SHIP PET MEDS FROM THAILAND AND SINGAPORE. THEY HAVE A FAKE GOOGLE ACCOUNT SHOWING A EMPTY BUILDING IN CANADA..IVE BEEN WORKING WITH GOOGLE TO ADD THEM TO GOOGLE MAPS IN THE UK SO WE THE PEOPLE CAM LEAVE HONEST REVIEWS...ANY COMPUTER PERSON WANTS TO HELP ME...IM US MILITARY RETIRED

Not in Canada but UK and you pay for return shipping, tracking and tariff.
The site is misleading as it uses Canada in its name. I am located in the USA. Cat medication comes from Singapore, and when I asked for an exchange, they gave me an address in the UK to send it back, plus I had to pay the shipping, the tracking, and the 10% tariff. So be aware if you order here.
