I ordered my stuff over a month ago and now it doesn’t appear that I will receive it in time for Christmas for my son. This is absolutely devastating I will not be ordering again.

Campus Classics does not have a reliable way to track orders and ensure customer delivery. I paid for an order on December 1st and the tracking status still says "label printed" as of 6:00 pm on 12/22. The company is citing delays at USPS but 22 days with no real movement of my order is unacceptable. Be careful when ordering from this company

DO MOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a shirt and payed $10 in shipping for it to arrive in 7-10 days. Over a month later I It still hadn’t arrived and i was moving to a new address so I emailed them asking to change the address. All they would say was sorry there’s nothing they can do about it.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a blanket, mask and hat on November 30th! Received the hat and mask. No blanket. I emailed and was told as of last weekend they can’t get them anymore... what? I ordered it a month ago. Thanks for telling me 4 days before Christmas

Jennifer, I am sorry you are disappointed, we had the item on order an was just told that it wasn't going to arrive from our vendor. Like I said we are updating you as we find information out from our vendors, I am sorry that we weren't able to give you more time to choose another item on the site or for you to have more time to plan. Like I said we have processed the refund on our side and as your card holder banks process it you will have the funds back on your card. -Kyla

I ordered a shirt November 30 for a Christmas gift for my son. We have still not received it and have had no communication from Campus Classics about the status of our order. Terrible service, long delivery times, poor communication.

I placed my order on Nov. 27 and have yet to receive it. I was given notice that it would be shipping later than expected due to high demand. It is now December 21, the post office says it is running late and I’m not sure I’ll have it in time for Christmas. I would’ve expected a faster way of shipping if the company knew they too were running behind in processing orders.

Ordered my sweatshirt a few weeks ago. Still waiting on its delivery. Received email that due to high volume of orders, my order would be delayed. However, my order was submitted November 27 (3 weeks ago). Not sure why you would send this survey and I haven’t received my order yet.
