My order was placed on December 5,2020. As of Dec18, I still have not received the order. I even paid $25. extra for shipping! Talk about bad service Campus Classics wins the prize for bad service!

Hi, My delivery still has not arrived and I placed my order on November 25th. I did receive an email saying that my order was still on it's way about a week or two after I placed my order. Today on December 16th I finally got an email that my order has been shipped. It was just an extremely long time to be waiting for my items and since they are Christmas gifts that I was concerned that they would not be here in time.

Ordered at the end of nov and finally I called and asked ? My order still not filled. Stated they were waiting on a Halloween shirt that we ordered. I even ordered a personalized wallet and that was ready. NO CALL, NO EMAILletting me know what was holding up my order from getting shipped! Called on the last day to get things shipped to show by Christmas! Ended up refunding Halloween shirt then shipped!

Very disappointed. I ordered a personalized hat on Dec 3. The latest date I was to receive it was Dec 13. I still have not received and I need to ship it to Virginia.
