The order took way too long to fulfill. We ordered extra early for a Christmas gift and then when finally sent (near Christmas time), the package got lost with UPS - no fault of the store, but had they packed and shipped earlier, we would have had time to better fix. The store was helpful in helping us make a lost claim. The product did finally arrive once located and in good shape. Good quality. Otherwise, all was good.

The grey sweatshirt that we ordered had the letters seen on crooked and not centered. I am not able to return it as it was a custom order. Not happy as it was expensive.

Unfortunately, it took over a month for my order to ship. Shipping cost is too high under these circumstances as now, once the gift is received, I will have to pay to ship it to the recipient.

took a very. when arrived, there were large ugly stickers on everything including ornament box that was impossible to get off. and it was as if the clothes had been kept out in warehouse in an open bin. they were covered in black dust and lint. I am sure or at least hope it will come off with washing but not very nice for a christmas present.

Product looks nice except for the tear in the sleeve. Still haven't gotten a response from customer service on a replacement. Otherwise, nice products.

Product is fine but shipping took much 5 weeks instead of the 2 said at checkout. In addition, one item from the order is on hold and will be delayed indefinitely.
