The team responded quickly to my request for assistance as a client had accidentally overwritten a campaign that was about to be sent! They were able to back track and restore the newsletter within a few minutes, something I couldn't have done at the front end. Great work guys.

Pretty bad to be honest. No way to contact them. Their own Solvvy just froze and never sent . I was drowning in a malicious email attack and no help was available. I tweeted them. No reply. Eventually one Solvvy got through and contact was made.
