CampaignmonitorReviews of campaignmonitor.com

We’ve been using Campaign Monitor for years and it continues to impress. Stewart and the entire support team have been outstanding. Ultra-fast communication, thorough, and always quick to resolve any issues we might encounter. The newsletter platform is straightforward, intuitive and reliable. Highly recommended for any organization seeking an email-marketing tool that just works, is simple to use and easy to review your metrics.

Wonderful and prompt customer service, some of the best we've experienced as a company. Some British companies like BT should take a leaf out of your book... Really highly recommended. Thanks a million Campaign Monitor.

There was a quick response and good follow up. I have been using CM since 2011 and never had a problem.

Jacky's technical assistance was prompt, well-detailed and has helped reinforce our status as Campaign monitor users. Thank you very much!

My support agent was very nice, very quick resolving my case. It is interactions like these that it is worth being a Campaign Monitor client.

Very helpful, thorough response addressing my question and giving guidance for handling it.

Both technical advisors, Priya and Curtis, were very helpful. We are two volunteers who donate our time putting on fundraisers for our two non-profits, the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation one of which helped us with the rare illness that took our oldest son and the other which is a small school in Selma AL, McRae-Gaines Learning Center. We use Campaign Monitor to engage with past participants so that they don't miss the opportunity to fundraise with us. We understand that major companies might better use Campaign Monitor, but with training it can be a very useful tool for non-profits as well.
