I absolutely LOVE anything Calpak. It all started with the Luka belt bag and now I find myself with the duffel bag, diaper bag, convertible stroller caddy, and more accessories to travel with like the toiletry bag and I went the packing cubes and tech organizer too. The material on all these that I own is great. The bags are usually lightweight, making it perfect for those with babies and toddlers. The color selection is awesome as well. You really can’t beat Calpak quality.

Their customer service is absolute trash. Along with their return policy. First time purchasing and I'm an avid traveler. I will not be shopping or recommending due to the service.

I recently purchased the Hue luggage, excited for my first trip with it, and I have to say, I’m incredibly disappointed. After a 4-hour flight, on the first use, the luggage arrived with noticeable scratches and damage all over. It looked like it had gone through much more wear and tear than any bag should experience after a short flight. The exterior was scuffed, and there were dents in the corners. For the price they charge, this was a major letdown. I expected much more. Would I recommend this luggage? Absolutely not. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Calpak’s customer service came through. They are going to replace my damaged suit case. Bravo! This is the way a company should respond. Thank you.

Company does not back up the quality of their products. Multiple items purchased. A few of them with defective zippers with only minimal-moderate usage.
