It was so convenient to have this service available. When I don’t feel well the last thing I want to do is go to the Dr. I had my meds within 4 hours of contact. No office visit or exposure to other patients is the way to go.

Very easy and convenient to get a prescription. However the communication could be improved quite a bit. It's been hard to get any follow up questions answered, because they don't really listen to what I'm actually asking, and each time I respond it seems like I'm getting a different person.
