This was so easy and efficient. My daughter was traveling in Kentucky and had a tick bite and 3 days later broke out in a rash. I used callondoc and within minutes I received an email.I even had a question about the diagnosis and prescription. My questions were answered in a timely manner, I felt like my concerns were heard and the proper medication ordered. Thank you for listening.

I was encouraged by the good reviews I’d read about CallonDoc. I needed a prescription refill so I paid the $65 and did an online consult. I received an email stating if they determined not to give me a refill I’d get a complete refund. After an hour I received another email stating that my refill would be available for pick up at my local pharmacy. That was 24 hours ago. No refill, no response from CallonDoc, no refund. I’ve left voicemails, I’ve messaged, I’ve tried to get a response on the website. I would not recommend CallonDoc.
