Quick and easy

Quick and easy, customer service was very easy to work with also.

Quick & simple, symptoms were reviewed online & didn’t even need a phone call! My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy immediately & I had no issues.

The process was easy, it felt like I was in the doctor's office. They responded on a timely manner and schedule a follow up appointment as well. Callondoc is awesome and a lot more affordable.

During these times of Covid being so active, it is scary to think about having to subject yourself to going to any hospital right now unless it be for an emergency. So I did an internet search and found CallonDoc and after a brief questionnaire, I was sent a email that my medication had been sent to my desired pharmacy. This was absolutely amazing to know that they are able to treat me and it was done from the safety and comfort of my home. Not only was CallonDoc quick at processing my request, but they were very helpful when I needed them to transfer one of my medicines prescribed by them to another pharmacy because it was cheaper. About a hour later I messaged and asked for one more medication as a preventative measure and they granted my request. AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! So not only did they make the process very easy...but they go above and beyond in helping with requests. They made me feel very attended to. I never felt just another patient. I felt as they addressed me as a individual and they actually cared. I have called everyone I know and told them of the amazingly good care I received. And I did so safe and sound in my own home. The CallonDoc has earned my respect and all my future care needed will be given to them. I can't say thank you enough for making this process stress free.

To be ill on a Sunday with a simple infection, CallonDoc was wonderful! I will use again.

The price was a little higher. But I understand. It was fast and easy.
