I used the on-call doc service because I am a travel nurse and I needed a prescription refill for my thyroid medication and I subsequently needed a prescription for an antibiotic for a failed tooth so it was really convenient and very helpful for the on-call docs to take care of me I usually go to the dentist every six months but because I haven’t been there because I’m working it allowed me to use their service make no mistake they don’t willy-nilly give medication like pain medication or antibiotics just for the sake of giving them they really listen to you and they want to know what your history is so I was very please the second time as well as the first

Excellent experience and service in all aspects. I have used Callondoc several times and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied! Fast, thorough, convenient, and efficient. I recommend them to anyone that needs a prescription without the hassle and crowds and no waiting. Especially with COVID and the need for social distancing.

This was the best experience!!! Being able to just click and submit all of your symptoms for a Dr. to review and determine a treatment plan made my recovery so much easier. What I love is how quick the service was-and if for some reason they are not able to treat you, you will not have to pay the fee. I recommend this service and will use it again!

Well that was odd. I had conversations with someone who I later found out wasn't the doctor? I was told that I dont have what I am pretty sure that I have. I told them nevermind and then medication showed up to my pharmacy. Now I am arguing with someone(via text because no one answers the phone number) about how they did their part. Is still dont know what the doctors diagnosis is? I never spoke to or saw a doctor to my knowledge. Which means the person o am talking to, who is not the doctor, has my medical information?? Creepy and weird experience. The number that is texting me is an audio/video company. My last time using this for sure. Update: I just had s full blown argument with someone claiming to be a doctor. I was trying to explain that I dint feel like I have a diagnosis. She told me what I DONT have but didn't tell me anytjing else. Her stance is now that she sent medication to a pharmacy that my consultation is closed. The consultation that I never had? Ha Furthermore, I have never known a "doctor" in my life that would have a telephone slap fight with a patient over a billing issue. Greasy transaction. And I still don't know what I have?! Haha I dont believe that there are any doctors at Call on Doc......dont waste your time......or money. If you ask for your money back you get this..... "In the event that a customer files a chargeback and other payment dispute, they will be considered to be a violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. A collection fee of not less than $150, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation."
