This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had to get medical treatment. I wish I had known about this sooner.

All aspects of my experience from account creation to description of symptoms to receiving prescriptions at a local pharmacy were easy and quick. Cost of services are fair.

Incredibly long wait time. It's been 2 days and I still don't have the prescriptions I need. There is no phone number so I have to wait for them to get my emails. Responses have hours as the turnaround time. Huge disappointment and I won't use this service again.

They are great! My new health insurance doesn’t kick in until Feb 1st and my 8 year old has a UTI, my pediatrician wanted to charge me $350 for a doctors visit, these guys saved me and they are on top of things and read your record quickly and get the script right over. I highly recommend them.

This worked as advertised, I needed antibiotics, and they sent me a script to my Costco pharmacy 2 hour after I placed the order. It was super easy, and for me faster and cheaper than going to see my regular Doctor, who is slammed with COVID patients.
