Surprisingly easy to use. I waited 4hrs for the prescription to be called in, but it was the eve of a holiday. It was still in plenty of time to go pick up the medicine. Definitely would recommend and use this service if my regular doctor is not available, and it's something not too complicated.

I was frustrated because I could not get an appointment at an urgent care or a virtual visit anywhere in my town. A walk in visit promised to be anywhere from 3-6 hours wait time.
