I developed a sinus infection post diagnosis of the flu not wanting to seek help at either the urgent care or ER due to Covid 19 numbers on the rise I tried to find options. My primary Drs first available appointment was four months out. After exhausting my options I contacted CallonDoc this was a very easy process of uploading my medical history and medications. I gave an outline of my symptoms and over the counter medications I tried to treat my symptoms at home. Within two hours of contacting CallonDoc my pharmacy alerted me that my prescription was ready to be picked up. I am grateful for this option of treatment as our number of Covid are higher than they have ever been. It was a relief to get help and a treatment plan without having to sit at the urgent care or ER for such a minor problem. Thank you I will use your service again

I had a very pleasant experience. This is very convenient for me because I am a truck driver and can not easily make and be available for doctors appointments. A coworker mentioned this to me so I figured I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and convenient it was. Other than being slightly over the 2 hour turn around which really wasn't that big of a deal. Everything else was as stated on the website. I hope to not need this service again in the near future but if I do I will definitely be returning to Call On Doc again. And I will be telling anyone I know that may need this type of service to give Call On Doc a try.

In dire need of antibiotics and with no way to go to the doctor or enough money to pay him I was stuck with the choice of ambulance emergency or death quite honestly but these people came through same day and I got my antibiotics I will absolutely use this service for all my medical needs as well as it recommend it to friends and family.
