This was SO convenient, as far as I was at work and felt upper respiratory infection coming on in my chest. It only took about 10 mins to fill out all the questions and my prescription was there an hour later! Very easy to navigate. The process was seamless and I had a treatment plan and medication within a couple hours. No calling for an appt, leaving the house when you don't feel well to begin with, waiting forever in a backed-up office with sick people, the whole sitting on the table routine in the exam room...this is the way primary care medicine for familiar illnesses in an otherwise healthy person should be.
