I am somewhat disappointed, I was expecting at least in a sentence or two a professional doctor's opinion (for $50) what might be causing the rashes on my skin or some kind of diagnoses or advice, not just a prescription. For $29 I could've just opted for the prescription only option if I knew this. UPDATE (two weeks later): I've tried to contact CallonDoc via email as they suggested it after posting my review. It was over two weeks ago and I still have not received any reply. However, I changed my rating from three star to four because the prescribed ointment almost completely alleviated my rashes, even though, sadly, I've never found out what they prescribed it for.
