Excellent service

Easy to use. Quick responses. I like not having to discuss my situation with someone. I just want to jot down what's wrong and go on my way.

Easy and reasonable

The experience improved on the 2nd attempt. The 1st visit I mentioned that I was trying to switch from one medicine to another and they ended up prescribing me the same medicine. So I had to try again. I tried getting a refund for the first visit but to no avail. I would consider trying them again if they refunded me for my initial visit. Otherwise I'll be going elsewhere.

I have a PCP and specialists that I see... CallonDoc offers me the ability to QUICKLY and ECONOMICALLY see a doctor for straight forward simple issues, such as the UTI I recently had. Very simple instructions on the website, the whole process was very quick and the response time was even quicker!!!!!! Thanks CallonDoc, I have already come back for my second and third visit!
