My first time using the service. It was frictionless and simple. I needed a prescription for Covid treatment and they came through expeditiously. I was impressed and I’ve already referred CallonDoc to friends. Excellent.

Quick and convenient. No substitute for my GP, but when I just needed a refill until I could find the time to make an appointment, this was a perfect option for me. I had my medication at my pharmacy ready to pick up in an hour.

It was EXTREMELY confusing for the past 2 days I’ve been trading emails and text messages with “customer service”. All of this could have been handled with a simple phone call.
