Excellent and reliable

This was a horrible experience. They called in the wrong medication and would not fix it. Each time I emailed them they would send back an automated message and would ignore me. I'm going to try to get my money back.

I did this in the middle of the night, sick as a dog, hoping to get a real virtual visit some where. I woke up the next day and had antibiotics waiting for me at the pharmacy. I didn’t think anything was gonna happen when I finally fell asleep. Thank you!!!

I’ve use the services twice and I’m satisfied. Both times, I believe, have been on Sundays and still they have quickly reviewed my profile and sent in my prescription. Thank you.

This service was very helpful and so easy to use! It was just what I needed when I needed it. I can feel confident that after all the info I supplied, the dr gave me exactly what I needed. My pharmacy had my prescription quickly and that put me back on the road to recovery much faster. I would recommend this service to anyone when their regular provider is not available. Costs are clearly stated and cheaper then the local urgent care. From start to resolution took about an hour where the urgent care wait times are typically longer in my experience.

I feel like this service was very VERY helpful. I have a busy work schedule and I finally was able to receive a day off, all the clinics I called were either booked or wouldn’t take me due to no insurance.. I searched for help online and ran across the website. Not only were the questions quick & easy to answer - I received my prescription THE SAME DAY ! The total cost was so affordable, would highly recommend to anyone. especially if you don’t have insurance. very fortunate I ran across this.
