My health plan was unable to get me into see a doc until late July for something that needed to handled NOW. I was able to get a diagnosis (a CORRECT diagnosis) within 1.5 hours with CallonDoc and picked up my prescription within 3 hours from incept. Already the issue is clearing up. For a little over $100, including ALL meds, CallonDoc took care of my problem the same day! Well worth the cost.

I was hesitant to try this as I thought I would have to physically see a physician in-person for my issue. This was so easy, & so fast. I just listed my symptoms & a prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy I selected. I didn't even need to speak with a physician as all the symptoms I had were listed to choose from. After I submitted my payment, it was under 1 hour before my prescription was sent off. I'm so happy for a service like this because speaking with a doctor & nurse in person can be intimidating for someone like me with high social axiety issues. Thank you!

Overall quick and easy process. Having the convenience to seek medical care for minor health without the wait at primary care is very nice. The cost is very reasonable. My family with and without health insurance will be using CallonDoc again. The only reason I gave the 4 star instead of 5 star is because the payment page would not accept my CC code which required me to make a call and get customer support (this was quickly remedied.) I was required to clear my browser which has created frustration in putting passwords back into frequently visited sites. Aside from that glitch, everything else was wonderful. I received a needed prescription sent to my pharmacy within two hours!
