I received no communication expect the petal stating “pending” on my visit for 17 hours. Not from customer service, admin staff, or anyone. I was informed during my consultation that night time is only staffed with one provider and they answer the consultation in order they come in. If this is the case, then the company needs to update the website and advertisements on Google to state so. This is false advertisement to state 24/7 within 1-2 hours if you are not able to fulfill that.

Amazing!!! I wasn’t feeling well but not sick enough to go to Urgent Care and worried about exposure to something worse in doing so! The site was easy to navigate and my prescription was called in within hours. Thank you!!!!
