Easy to use, quick response!

When I tested positive for COVID on Day 4 of having symptoms, I knew I had to act fast to start Paxlovid if I wanted it to have the best chance of reducing my course of illness and boosting my recovery. But my regular health care provider was woefully slow in responding to and addressing my questions and moreover, they wouldn't prescribe anything until I could do a telehealth appointment with a nurse, for which none was available until almost the end of Day 5 of symptoms. This is a very bad experience. I have Corvid-19 and request Paxlovid medicine. After over two hours and and another request to speed up, I got an email that there is contradiction between Paxlovid and another medicine (I neve request the other medicine). After several emails, it asked for my name, DOB, email, there is no phone we can call.. I am still waiting.... Obviously there is barely people working there...

Nice experience and very pleased. We were able to get a prescription immediately sent to our pharmacy and start on antivirals right away for covid. This saved a trip into our primary physician's office at a time when we were the most vulnerable and not feeling well.
