I love using this service. As always my experience is great, I will always use this service as it’s so easy and convenient.

I canceled my prescription and asked for a refund. They refused and and hour and 1/2 later sent my prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacist got confused and gave me the the wrong prescription because there were 2 prescriptions. One from callondoc and one from another service. Callondoc messed up my prescription and refused to adhere to their cancelation policy.

CallonDoc, after consultation and review, allowed me to receive a new prescription and will renew quarterly of a medicine which I have been taking for many years, without any side effects (this medicine really has been beneficial, as my last bone density test revealed---the technologists said, "bones of steel," which is vitally important as one ages. I am very appreciative of CallonDoc's approval with the dispensing of this medicine through my local pharmacy, without the hassle of making doctor appointments---some now taking months---driving 10 miles to the doctor's office, spending as much as an hour there, all for the writing of a prescription (as I no longer have other examination; the doctor just asks routine questions before writing the prescription), I highly recommend CallonDoc for routine renewals of medicines one has been taking long term, without adverse effects. They are also an excellent source to turn to for medical treatment of less serious problems. I think all of us are sensible enough to recognize when we may need local medical assistance for some acute, serious health issues that arise. But there are many health problems which CallonDoc can promptly assist with, making it very convenient for those of us who have difficulty getting out and driving and waiting at a local doctor's busy office (and there's less exposure to airborne illnesses, too!).
