Communication was horrible!! I reached out about 8pm and was contacted by email and phone at 11:30pm. You can’t speak to anyone if there’s a problem. Next day after an entire day of waiting they sent in an antibiotic my daughter was allergic to (this was also listed in her medical forms). After I informed them of this (which took hours for a response) they sent in another medication and after checking with the pharmacy, they still do not have it. So it’s day 3 and I still have nothing. Absolutely awful experience!!! I had a better experience with Good Rx, unfortunately they didn’t treat what I was reaching out for. $40 down the drain!

Quick, fast, affordable, no hassle definitely will recommend I will not go to another online Doctor again.

This was amazing! I have had strep throat so many times throughout my life that I knew exactly what I had and could physically see it. I had a busy day and don’t have a PCP established yet. This was so perfect! I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I placed an order for lab test and I received a treatment plan advising me to go to my local lab. However the information I needed was not included on any document so I have no requisition number to give so they know what test I'm there for. I contacted support on 3 separate occasions yet the only response I received is they would forward my request to the lab department to follow up with me and no one did. I am still waiting on callondoc to fulfill their end of the bargain since payment is required immediately and they don't do refunds. My treatment plan is yet to be updated with the necessary details.

Was such an easy and prompt experience, my case was reviewed and was given a prescription plan right away. I will surely recommend CallonDoc, I will use this site again for future medical needs.
