I used callondoc to get a perscription. I felt the perscription was in error. I both emailed and texted y concerns, received replies that my message would be sent on to provider. It is now a day and a half later and I have received not answer or help. The Pharmacy also called me to say they did not have the medication nor did any one in this area of the state. I can get no help. Either help or a refund is due.

I requested a prescription for Paxlovid as I tested positive for Covid over 4th of July weekend and it would have been difficult to get a prescription elsewhere. I was instead prescribed Lagevrio (Molnupiravir). I asked multiple times as to why I was not prescribed Paxlovid, only to be told each time that they would check with a clinician but did not receive a further response. Finally, I received a response today that I had been prescribed Lagevrio because I take an oral contraceptive. Paxlovid may reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives, but it is not a contra-indication. Not once was I asked if I take the oral contraceptive to prevent pregnancy, or informed that I should use a back-up method of contraception if necessary. The slow response time was extremely frustrating given the time sensitive nature of when you need to take Paxlovid. I was finally sent a prescription for Paxlovid, but it’s too late for me to take it. I am very mad that all of this was over something that could have been easily solved with follow-up communication, given I don’t even take oral contraceptives to prevent pregnancy. I would not recommend using this company at all.
