CallonDoc was great and convenient. No back and forth messaging with a physician on other platforms arguing on why they don’t want to prescribe antibiotics after they got their fee. CallonDoc takes the totality of the situation and prescribes what is appropriate. I’m very happy with my consultation!

This service makes urgent care and bridges the enormous gaps of rural America and patient care, thanks to this service the fact I don’t have to go to my local ED and wait in a viral cesspool for important medical care is so important. I am grateful for the service and the genuine and through review of my medical history and current treatment plans, it’s quick and helpful and absolutely worth the cost I recommend the subscription model if you have a medical history that is a bit lengthy.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. It’s been over 72 hours since I requested a simple refill, and I still haven’t received it. They advertise a 2-hour turnaround, but that’s clearly not true. I’m now out of my medication and left with no updates or solutions. This is a refill I’ve had filled before with their providers, so there’s no excuse for this delay. The repeated requests for patience are unacceptable. With the holidays, I can’t even get a doctor’s appointment now. I regret ever using this service. Completely unreliable—do not recommend.

I am now at 70 hrs without any response from doctor. (They said it would be 2 hrs) I text messaged them 2 days ago. They said high volume. Would be within 48 hours. Well that came and pasted. I still have 5 days of blood pressure meds left. Snowbird from Canada. Frustrated. I could go by marijuana legally, (I don’t btw). But can’t get blood pressure medication.
