I have used CalOnDoc for over 3 years and had very positive experiences. I just signed up for their membership and was confident this would be beneficial. However today I encountered a problem, and I am now looking for a new company that has telemed visit with my smartphone or computer. I had a concern about a medical issue today and contacted CalOnDoc before 6am. 16 hours later I still do not have treatment. They needed photos which I do not have the ability to send. It is now too late for my pharmacy, and they have not prescribed any medication. I will drop my subscription and go with a company that has the ability to have a telemed appointment Facetime or on my computer I am most disappointed in CalOnDoc with much stress and all day with no treatment. It seemed a great company in the beginning but today was proof I need to find a new company to take care of my medical needs. So grateful there are many companies from which to choose and will provide care when it is needed in a timely manner. When choosing a company, consider the limitations and roadblocks you will encounter and the time you will spend trying to get the help you need when you need it. Go with a company that can-do real-time phone or computer online visit and get the treatment you need.
