User friendly, got what was needed to get better before the holiday gathering, didn’t have to leave the house. Love it. I called my dr at Kelsey seybold before I used this service and they insist I go get Covid test and flu test before they would do anything. So I’m happy I didn’t give up.

My kiddo was sick and i had just had surgery so getting to the urgent care would’ve been a-lot. I was able to get him a prescription very easily. Now he’s feeling better just in time for Christmas.

Call-On-Doc was absolutely amazing! A top notch experience from start to finish. The consult questions were easy to understand and reply to. The app was one of the best I’ve used. No issues navigating and no going back and forth between multiple screens. The provider and support team were courteous and respectful. The support team kept me apprised as to what was happening every step of the way! Getting medical records to the provider worked quickly and without issue. Did I mention how great the provider and support team was? Get a membership and use this service. You won’t regret it! Thanks On-Call-Doc! You’re doing it right!!!
