Easy and fast when you’re in need

Very impressed at the turn around and simplicity it took of the interaction to get my prescriptions. I take 2 medications for hypertension as daily maintenance meds for it, waited too late to make an appointment with my PCP to get refills so tried this service for the first time, have never used one before. All it took was verifying my dose and administration with my pharmacy and they sent in a 30 day supply, I paid and signed up for my 'visit' around 8/9 AM and had my medications filled and ready to pay for/pick up at my pharmacy by 11 AM same day. My only complaint is I paid for 2 refills which costs slightly more than the one 30 day supply refill visit, but I reached out to customer service about only having one called in and it seems like it was due to constraints of only being able to have one prescription on file at a time since they are not my PCP, but they just needed some of my medical records for labs to ensure the medication was safe and will sent it the second refill of a 30 day supply. While it could have gone smoother with the communication on the restraints for the total 60 supply of refills I paid for up front, it was still so simple and easy to do I would utilize it when in a pinch again in the future. So only because of the small hiccup with the refills and paying more for 2 and only receiving one, I gave 4/5 stars, otherwise I would easily give a 5/5. However, we are working on getting the information they need sent in and reviewed by a provider, so they have worked with me on a resolution to get my second refill I paid for sent it soon. And the communication to reach a resolution took about a day with me not lookin at or responding to messages they had sent for a few hours, so by that night (so same day I paid and was reviewed for the hypertension refill 'visit' we had reached a favorable resolution for both parties. While having to do that wasn't ideal due to the advertisement and appeal and their usual quick turn around time, it isn't a big deal because we reached a resolution same day to fix the problem. And all service staff and care providers I interacted with through a simple messaging system were polite, professional, and straightforward on how to move forward to reach a resolution. So the fee and the experience are still worth utilizing this service when in a bind, will use again if needed in the future. While I'm still waiting to hear about the actual second 30 day refill to be sent in and haven't heard anything yet about initiating next steps for that to actually be sent in (which I hope is soon because I want what I paid for), keep in mind I did already receive the one refill I actually needed and have a 29 supply as of today of my maintenance medications, considering is is a Telehealth service I'm not upset about it yet. However, I would like to hear back to get this solved and not have to have it lingering for too long. So, overall I am satisfied with the service and my experience considering I got my medication I needed one day before running out completely, so they still did their job and made sure I have what I needed for now. So more like 4.5/5 stars if I had the option to leave it.

My experience was quick and easy. My pharmacy received the prescription within the same day.

Clear, fair pricing. Fast response from helpful physician. She was patient, polite. Gave me plenty of time to describe my symptoms and ask questions. She prescribed exactly what I needed and sent the scrips to the pharmacy immediately. I had strep throat and an ear infection and no health insurance. This was much, much better than sitting at the clinic for 4 hours and paying hundreds of dollars.

It was very timely.

So far its been easy , got my Wegovy script fast.
