Super easy! Had a prescription sent to the pharmacy on Saturday night and was able to pick it up Sunday morning so didn't miss my any work at my new job. Just answered a few simple questions and sent a couple pictures of my mouth for oral thrush and fixed it. Feels like a miracle in just 2 days. So convenient

It was so easy, I told them my symptoms, made payment and a prescription was called in to my pharmacy in less than 2 hours.

I kindly asked if I could get a…
I kindly asked if I could get a doctor's note to stay at home for 5 days instead of 3 because I know my body and how long it takes me to feel better. They refused. I wasnt ready to return to work in the 3 days and was let go because I did not have a note for 5 days. Thanks for nothing.

We understand your request for additional recovery time and respect that you know your body and what you need to feel better. We regret that our communication was not clearer from the beginning regarding the limitations of our telemedicine providers. Unfortunately, as a telehealth service, we are limited to medical notes we can provide. We can only provide an excuse note for a maximum of 3 days starting from the date you were under our care. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or mixed messaging this caused.
We also understand how frustrating and disappointing this outcome must have been for you. Your experience does not reflect the level of clarity and consistency we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing this internally to help prevent similar situations in the future.

So grateful for this option!
I was so grateful to come across callondoc! It was a very simple process and very quick! This was available on a Saturday which was so convenient and the pharmacy I first chose ended up being closed until Monday and they transferred the prescription to a different pharmacy for me and I was able to go pick it up with no issues. I'm very grateful to have this option!
