contacted them for a prescription on an…
contacted them for a prescription on an abscessed tooth. I had swelling on the roof of my mouth and rather than help me get my prescription they decided to refund me and tell me to go to the ER which I told them would cause a significant delay in getting it to start healing. the ER wait time is too long and I would miss my ability to go to the pharmacy before they close for the night. I live too far out to be able to go to the ER and then have to make another trip the next day to go to the pharmacy. they shouldn't have a moto on their page "your Dr your way" if they are just going to reject a prescription request for an abscessed tooth.

Very easy to work with
Very easy to make an appointment and be seen virtually. I am a woman that has has repeated BV. So you know your symptoms & you know your body better than most because YOU live in it! So thankful I didn't have to leave my home, have an embarrassing test done when I knew exactly what my body was going through. I will absolutely 💯 % use this service again & highly recommend them. Convenient to use when you're sick.
I got sick over Memorial day weekend and my doctors office was closed, so I decided to get online and contact Call on doc.
I answered all the medical questions I was asked, about my symptoms and the doctor sent in a prescription for me to pick up. It was convenient, quick and I didn't need to leave the comfort of my home, when I wasn't feeling well.
This is the second time that I used this service and both times were a great experience.
