Reasonable rate but quality is not consistent
Reasonable rate, but quality is not consistent. On a great day, sound is very crisp. However, sometimes I can't even connect through. I used it mostly to connect to businesses that I can't reach by other means and 50% of the times they told me the voice is soft or the quality is not so good and they can't understand what I said.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. In order to improve the quality of your calls in the future, please use the star Rating feature available in your Account Activity. By rating each call you can influence the quality of your future calls. Your call quality also depends very much on your Internet connection, so please make sure you benefit from the best connection or try different connections if you have the possibility to do so. You can also try placing calls using an Access Number, to see if the problem persists. You can find an Access Number close you your location on this page: https://www.keepcalling.com/access_numbers_voice. You need to first dial the Access Number and then the destination number, when prompted. Your CallMuangThai team

Hello, In order to make your calling process easier and faster, you can activate a few free features in your account. 1. PINless Dialing - activate this feature so you don't need to enter your PIN when calling in the future. Just save the numbers you usually call FROM in international format. 2. Speed Dial - by activating this feature, you'll be able to reach your loved ones by pressing only one key, instead of dialing their entire numbers. Add the name & phone number in international format of the people you want on your speed dial list next to a digit and you'll only have to dial that digit to call them in the future. 3. Voice Prompts - if you want to call even faster and skip hearing the balance you have left in your account, you can turn this feature OFF in your account. As for the other end being busy, you should always hear the busy tone. If you don't, please contact our customer service. Your CallMuangThai team

Quality and liability are worth the extra pennies.
Great call quality, straight forward pricing structure, no hidden fees, but quite a bit more money than competitors. I personally think the quality and liability are worth the extra pennies.
