The connection is unreliable and …
The connection is unreliable and inconsistent. The first time usually does not work. I need to call at least 2-3 times to get a good connection.

Easy to connect. Quality of call isn't great
Easy to connect but quality of call is not great. It is hard to hear people on the other end that I am calling. I have to hanged up and call them back by using LINE App or Facebook messenger instead so I can hear them speak loud and clear.

You will notify us about the quality of your calls. 1 star stands for poor connection, 2-4 stars for average, and 5 for great call quality. You can thus control the quality of the routing yourself. Bad signal
Bad signal and sound is unclear. Unacceptable due to I was charged my bill every month even I don't use it.

Have been using them since 2014
Have been using them since 2014. The app is easy to use. The service is fairly reliable and quality is good. Right now calling rate is a bit hiher than when I first used this service but I still prefer using it. This is a good all around company with good customer service.
