Hi Waranya, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. When calling with the App, the connection and quality of your calls depend on your own internet connection. To improve your connection, please check if: - You have the latest app version installed on your device. - Your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers. - You have set up your Caller ID, to ensure a high successful connection and call quality. The Caller ID is the number that will display on the screen of the person you call. We also recommend you to try calling using a local access number available for your location or the Offline Calling feature for the App. This way you will be using our own connection and not the internet. Let us know if you have any questions, our Support Team is available 24/7 at 1866-535-8095. Keep in touch! CallMuangThai.com

CallMuangThai - Great service! Recommend this for anyone
As Thai people, we need sometimes to call back to government office or the older people in Thailand who are not familiar with social media. This app is absolutely helpful and give us the very fair charge rate. The quality and stability of the signal is acceptable, even it can be better as well.
