they blocked my subscription without any prior notice even after I reached them several times by email with the verification answers. they cannot be contacted by phone. they restricted my account saying the cardholder and the card on file were not fully verified. However, they tried to charge the same disputed card on their file on 30th June for the next month when I had already said that I wanted to use another card five days ahead of my billing date. I could never use the power dialer that i actually paid for. product was not delivered as promised and tried to prank as well as scam me by handing over my issue to random agents and by not solving the problem for 13 days, causing losses to my business and personal harassments by agents by asking to repeat the same process again and again. they have bad reviews everywhere.

Jintu sorted out my problem and showed me where to correct it. If it happens again great support system and fast.

Excellent support by the service team. I had doubts about the panel and Mr. Mayur helped to clear each and every doubt. Even with respect to understanding detailed reporting of the executive call history, Hazra helped me. Support agents are easily approachable. Highly recommend call hippo
