the worst ever! after signup and paid and setting up the whatsapp number though their platform i got suddenly suspension account ! . i spent hours of setting the account and just received email from compliance without even clarifying the reason or at giving me sometime to manage my setup again ! . they have good customer support but i assume they have bad management , finance and compliance team. i dont recommend them by all means if you will take the risk. one more thing i was at trial period and suddenly i found my card charged for 100 usd. when i asked them they told me no refund and after pushing back they refunded a lot of solutions better than this one in the market.

Poor service! I bought a number from this service and removed thinking that I don't need this any more. By the way, I could see the number is left in the trash of my account. By interest, I restored it. Then After 2 hours I could notice that the service charged me again as if I bought a new number So I paid $20 for a useless VoIP phone number. I know the original price from the carrer is about $0.5 or $1.5 but what the heck are they selling? and what is the logic to charge twice for the same number?

This company is a fraud. Their service is terrible and intermittent. Then I acquired a new number as support and it was never installed. I requested a refund and never received it. There are other better options.

This company is a fraud. I signed up for their free trial and received an email requesting my state ID, and legal business government documents. I responded there was no way I was sending you that information for a free trial, and no one answered. I tried contacting them via their chat, and each time, they would read my messages but would not respond with anything. I tried this multiple times. I tried calling their phone number and their sales dept stated they were not available at 11:30 am eastern time. They are a big scam.

the system is a bit too slow and it lags at time

Paid the starter fee, found their interface unusable, canceled and wanted a refund. Was told they do not offer refunds. Bank and authorities will get my money back. They are SCAMMERS and should never be trusted.

Stay away from them! they overcharge me for their ultimate package while I choose the starter. They won't refund your money!

I tried out this service a week ago and the Hubspot integration keeps having errors. I added another number, as it was an option, but did not realize that my bank card would be charged for an upgraded subscription. I immediately canceled this, but I was never refunded. So now I cancelled the service and they are refusing to issue any refunds. This is the response I got "I understand that you were trying to test the features and during the process you might have added the user (probably by mistake). You have been charged for the additional user, not the features. As an exception, I can add the USD 55.43 as promotional credit into your account which you can use in the coming days against the monthly renewal or calling credits." I replied that It says “add user” and there is nothing that says there is a cost to do that. For an inexperienced, new user, this is misleading, and to automatically charge a payment method that was used to sign up, is illegal. I am requesting a full refund of the original $60 and the illegally billed $55.43, which they are refusing to do.
