Hello Bodo Of ten if you are having issues with this check the amount of rings you have the voicemail set to. Try changing this to maximum this allows the call blocker to be programmed. Also try starting the coding with a # not ** so in the case it would #* first. Another option for you try is to press the Block now until you hear it beep this often resolves programming issues. Hello Robert. The clips on the RJ11 are standard & can to snap off if under force. Did you receive the cable with these snapped off can I ask? Dear David, Thank you for your comments! Regarding the caller ID , the reason for this is the phone has the ability to read the name as well as the number of the caller, the call blockers are not capable of broadcasting the names of the callers, resulting in two strings of numbers showing up instead of the number and name on the phone when the call blocker is added to the line.
