Hello Larry. The issue can simply be the set up of the call blocker. Please see the link to correct any set up issue regarding noise & caller display errors. https://www.cprcallblocker.com/pages/setup-videos Also with regard to noise, Some cordless phone base stations are not properly shielded and can sometimes cause interference if they are near any electrical equipment. Move your Call Blocker unit a few inches away from your phone’s base station to reduce the interference. If using a DSL filter, make sure you have top quality DSL broadband filters on the socket. Hello Bill. You are correct by unplugging the call blocker. if a minute or two fails we advise 60 minutes to let the internal chip reset. This is often caused when the Telecom provider adjust their voltage on the line. I am pleased you are enjoying the call blocker but the issue you have is out of our control sadly.
