When it works, it works well! When I hit the red button it works. When you hit #2 from a wireless phone it only works about ½ the time. But overall I'm happy with it. It gives you a GREAT sense of satisfaction to snap it off in the offender!!

In order for the #2 feature to work, the number that is calling you needs to be displayed on caller ID, and you need to make sure that you are using a cordless phone that is part of the same set of phones that the call blocker is connected to. The V10000 unit did not work for me. When I am on the phone, I could hear others dialing. With the V5000, I could not use THAT either. When I was on the phone, I could hear other people talking. That is why I ordered the V10000; thinking it would be better. I give Customer Service 5 stars, however.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Issues like this can be resolved by changing the way that the call blocker interacts with the phone line. In order to do that, you would need to use the white cable that came with the call blocker, and follow these steps : 1. Connect your telephone line cable to the LINE port of the call blocker. 2. Connect the red end of the white cable to the LINE1 port of the call blocker, and the other end to your phone. Sorry, but you should not sell these to people over 50. Nearly went bonkers trying to read the Manual to make it work. Finally had my grandson unplug the whole thing and I'm calling your company in the a.m. about sending it back!

I received the same phone call over 6 times and pressed the "block now" button each time. The caller is still calling me!!!!! How many times do I need to press "block now" before it works!!!!!!!

My father has dementia and the nuisance phone calls were driving him crazy. We purchased the CPR Call Blocker to stop these calls using the “Allow” mode. Knock on wood, it is working as it should and life is calmer for all of us.
