My experience was not so great. The black cable was missing, and I notified the company repeatedly of this fact, but to date the request has been ignored. This request now has been over a month!

What an AWESOME product! I ordered your V5000 model several years ago (from either QVC or HSN), and we’re still using it today. I recently purchased your V100K model for my elderly father-in-law in Michigan to help cut down on the amount of spam calls he receives.
