False shipping and delivery information
My 1* review is based on shipping/delivery experience only. The website states "All products are shipped within 24 hours using either standard USPS postal service (2-7 days) or if chosen USPS expedited service (1-3 days). Complaints: 1) Communication is non-existent and/or false. 2) I paid $15 for 1 day service but my order was delivered via Amazon not USPS 8 days after I placed the order. 3) The label for my order was created 4 days after I placed my order! 4) Shipping actually occurred 6 days after my order was placed, not 24 hours as stated on their website. 2/26/26update - I have the documentation of shipping date, it was not on Monday. And yes, I did receive the $15 credit for expedited shipping....after I disputed it with my credit card.

We apologise for any lack of clarity; we process and ship within 24 working hours, so yours was sent out first thing Monday 22nd via our nearest fulfilment partner, Amazon Warehouse. Unfortunately, the peak Christmas rush led to longer courier delays than expected. We’ve spoken with Amazon Fulfilment about this case and noted your points for improvement.
