It blocks calls for sure but I feel it should have options on how to unblock a call if need be and make it simple than the way they expect you to do it

All our call blockers give you the option to unblock a call/number if you need to, the instructions should be in the user guide, however, to unblock a number you can follow these steps : 1. Get a dial tone on your phone. 2. Press and hold the "Block Now" button until you hear a beep through your phone. 3. Enter/dial this code into your phone * * 6 # full number to unblock # - you should hear a single beep to let you know the number has now been unblocked. 4. Hang up the phone. I had some trouble with the initial setup, connecting to my OOMA box. Your tech support guided me through the setup. CPR appears to be working, enjoying the sound of silence!!! Haven't blocked any additional numbers yet, but I'm sure that I will eventually. Thank you

I’m not as happy as I was with this 10000 as I was with my 5000 . When I hit se delete I found a number I deleted allows the number to show up again. On the 5000 that I traded in when you hit delete the number couldn’t callback . I will read it again but as of now I wish I would of saved my 5000 instead of trading my 5000 in and lost so much money on this newer version.

Hi Bruce Thank you for your feedback. Once a number has been added to the block list they will no longer be able to call you. CPR has malfunctioned several times already,(1) Family members have been blocked out,(2) and I could not get it to blocked out a call one time.
